   We are glad you have chosen to apply for a new apartment home at Crescent View. To make this process go smoothly and have no delays, please make sure the following are complete.

1. Appropriate deposit and application fees were given.
2. All applicable sections of the application were completed correctly, such as telephone numbers, addresses, apartment numbers, and dates.
3. Signature appears on the front and back of the application.

   An application must be completed by each person above the age of eighteen. Each person will be considered a primary, not an occupant on the lease contract. Please not that if the application is not complete and / or you application is not legible it will not be accepted. Furthermore, if information on the application is not correct or incomplete, the aplication will result in immediate denial..

   There is an occupant limit of two persons per bedroom.
Example: In a one bedroom, only two person are allowed to reside in the apartment. In a two bedroom, only four persons are allowed to reside in the apartment.
Every person is considered an occupant, even children.

Applicant Criteria

For a single applicant:

1. Two consecutive years (beginning with the present) of verifiable rental history.
2. Two consecutive years of verifiable work history.
3. Monthly income equal to or greater than, three times the base rent.

 For co-applicants:

1. Two consecutive years (beginning with the present) of verifiable rental history for each individual applicant.
2. Two consecutive years of verifiable work history for each individual applicant.
3. Combined monthly income of both parties equal to, or greater than, three times the base rent.
